Reporting To Manager - Business Analysis

Job Specification

The business analyst would work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document.
Lead the requirement gathering, functional design and business analysis for IT projects.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive functional specifications based on thorough analysis of business requirements for bespoke client solutions.

Candidate should be good at analyzing customer needs in terms of business objectives and requirements.
Should be good at drafting Software Requirements Specification documents (FRS / BRDs) and also writing user stories and epics
Know-how of wireframing / information architecting / other visual requirement representation skill would be definite plus.
Should be able to present and articulate product features, benefits, and overall solutions
Comfortable with communicating with foreign customers and getting Requirement & business from them.
Good at identifying explicit and implicit features of a business requirement.
Should be able to quickly understand complex requirements, break them down and have attention to details
Should be able to manage scope, requirements, map features and set correct expectations & commitments for both the internal team and the client

5 -10 years of experience
Coming from a core development background is a plus.
At least 3 years’ experience working in an agile collaborative working environments (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and JIRA
At least 2 years’ experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms. Experience on Sitecore / Acquia / Magento would be a plus.
