Lead and synthesize end-user research using methodologies such as user interviews, focus groups, archetypes, empathy maps, personas, customer journeys, etc.
Hands-on practitioner of leading UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc. and can develop and set direction with sitemaps, high fidelity mockups, wireframes and prototypes for B2C and B2B clients.
Guide the team on delivering visually compelling designs and digital experiences for clients on web and mobile.
Estimate and plan design deliverables for web and mobile design projects.
Track progress and lead delivery of design projects.
Mentor the team, measure effectiveness of processes and continuously incorporate best practices in design.

Good at problem solving and has an understanding of current technologies and design trends.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD and others.
10+ years of experience in the design field combined with experience leading teams and delivering world-class design solutions for web and mobile projects.
Prior experience in graphic design and a strong visual design aesthetic and brand archetypes is essential.
A degree in design from institutes such as NID is desirable (not mandatory)
