Anand completed his Masters in Finance from BITS,Pilani, where he was also President of the University Students' Union. He spearheads the business development, client relationships, and overall strategy of the company. When not charting out the growth plan for the company, he claims to serve up magic on the cooking range.

Arup has over 12 years of IT experience and is, responsible for the operations at PennyWise. Arup has completed his Masters in Computer Application and is a CMM Level 5 certified internal auditor. His two biggest passions outside quality and operations are traveling and photography.

Pavan is the MVP of PennyWise. Apart from heading opensource and desktop based development, he also finds time for managing the networks and security. Pavan holds a masters degree in management studies from BITS, Pilani, having graduated in 2001. He is a man of many passions – movies, songs, food, dance, driving being a few of them.

Venkat graduated from BITS, Pilani in 2001 with masters in Finance. An integral part of the operations team he drives technology and development by heading the projects on Java.
Venkat is an avid playing cards enthusiast and a self-styled astronomer. Legend has it that he can make out changes in seasons just by looking at the position of stars.

Anshuman has graduated from BITS, Pilani with double masters in General Studies and Software Systems. Anshuman is the focal point for the sales and marketing efforts. He also supports the operations team with his technical inputs. In his free time, he dreams about sky-diving and indulging in assorted self-improvement activities but that's probably the closest he would ever get to doing it.

Amit is the focal point of the PennyWise business development activities for India. He has worked with many of the biggest names in the Indian IT industry including Infosys, Epicenter and iFlex. Amit holds a bachelor in chemical engineering from BITS, Pilani. A keen actor and dramatist, Amit also co-founded the NGO Sparsh-A Healing Touch. He has been recognized as one of 30 top alumni under the age of 30 by the alumni association of his alma mater.
